From Bloody-Disgusting...
As part of their 2008 movie preview we scored a look at the first two official stills from Sony Screen Gems' Prom Night remake, which was directed by Nelson McCormick. Already rated PG-13, the film follows Donna’s senior prom that is supposed to be the best night of her life, one of magic, beauty, and love. Surrounded by her best friends, she should be safe from the horrors of her past. But when the night turns from magic to murder there is only one man who could be responsible…the man she thought was gone forever. Now, Donna and her friends must find a way to escape the sadistic rampage of an obsessed killer, and survive their Prom Night. Read on for the still and check it out in theaters April 11.

PATHOLOGY Is Still Not Ready To Be Seen...

From the people who brought you Crank, comes Pathology a horror flick about A group of medical students devise a deadly game: to see which one of them can commit the perfect murder. MGM Planned to bring this to the big screen Nov.30 of this year, but then switched it with their other flick AWAKE. Then it was announced that it would open on over 1500 screens on February 8 2008, competing with the PG-13 romantic comedy FOOL'S GOLD ( it opens on over 3000 screens), the rated R horror flick THE POUGHKEEPSIE TAPES (which is based on a true story, and looks awesome, and it would open on over 2000 screens), Welcome Home Roscoe Jenkins (formerly, The Better Man)
It was announced today the flick's release date is now TBA 2008, will we have to wait until Halloween to see this flick? Let's wait and see...

Go TRICK 'R TREAT Halloween 2008!

Hey Guys,
remember that Horror flick called Trick 'R Treat that was supposed to come out this past October, than movied it to February (Halloween in Feb?) Well now according to Fangoria, it has just been announced an October.31.2008 release! Far away, but oh well, it's coming!! So far...the only competition is Saw 5 (which opens one week earlier) and the remake of Motel Hell, which opens the same day, but may change dates, since there is nothing about the film, no writers, directors or cast, i don't even think there is a script!

New Horror Flick - VIPERS

This movie sounds sweet!!! People are calling it Snakes on a plane meets Deep Blue Sea - without Sam Jackson. It's about scientists who use these snakes as an expirement to cure cancer, but when the experiment goes awry, these deadly creatures escape to the woods, and they ain't biting people...their killing them.
The only cast is:
Jonathan Scarfe
Claire Rankin
and
Tara Reid (who looks great, these days)
It's also directed by: Bill Corcoran
It finished filming about 2 weeks ago, and should be released next year!
If you are an IMDB member, if you could start getting the boards active, that would be awesome!
If anyone has any news on it, like who's distrbuting it and a release date, please let me know!
